How we handle details sent through the demo form.
What you send us
When you book a demo, the form asks for:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your work email
- Your mobile number
- Your dispatch system, if you choose to share it
- Anything else you write in the message
Why we use it
We use those details to arrange the demo and to reply by email or telephone about that request. We do not sell them.
How long we keep it
We keep the request for as long as we need it to arrange and follow up on the demo, then delete it when that conversation is finished and we have no further reason to hold it.
